How quickly do you respond?

We aim to respond as quickly as possible. We run a 24 hour business however we operate on a first come first serve basis so please be patient. You can either text, email or message us on Instagram

How much do your services cost?

This may vary depending on the type of services you require. As we are a business that aims to tailor our services to your individual needs, therefore some may require more a more extensive package than others. Please refer to our price list for more info and if you are unsure do not hesitate to reach out.

Can you just house sit for me?

Of course! We don't just take care of pets we happily take care of homes too. We will make sure your home is kept safe as well as your belongings and also make sure it is exactly how you left it, or maybe even better! Feel free to reach out and book with us

How does it work?

Step 1. Look through our website or social media platforms and look through what services we have available. Please do not hesitate to ask if we can provide a service that is not listed as we do make exceptions and would love to help where we can!

Step 2. Establish when you would like to make a booking. Please give us specific dates and times from when you will leave to when you will return.

Step 3.

  • Contact us either via email, text or Instagram DM
  • Write your name, first line of address and postcode (all of your information will be kept confidential)
  • Booking dates and times
  • Type of animal including breed (where appropriate), their size (can be approximated) in KG and a size range such as small, medium, large, XL
  • Number of pets we will be taking care of and their names. Please also attach some photos if you can
  • A summary about their care needs, temperament, habits etc. Including any extended care needs such as medication administration, post surgery aftercare or any needs which you feel might be relevant
  • Let us know if you have/might have any potential plans to extend your booking or might return at a late time so that we can tailor our flexibility
  • Preferred payment type. We accept cash (cash is king as they say!), Paypal or bank transfer, or BOTH

Step 4: If you are purchasing our services via bank transfer or Paypal, payment has to be made before booking commences no exceptions.

If you are paying the full amount in cash we will arrange a meet and greet to collect the cash personally before booking commences. Please keep this in mind if you plan to pay in cash for a last minute booking.

*We do not always allow cash for last minute bookings. This is dependent on distance, availability, length of booking, number of animals, requirements etc. Alternatively, you can always pay through PP or BT.

Step 5: Once we finalise the payment all you have to do is sit back, relax and wait for one of our qualified professionals to arrive.

Please allow some time to handover to our staff before you jet off so that they know their way around the home, where everything is located etc.

This makes the process much smoother. This way you can enjoy your time away without your phone pinging off with questions.

Other than that, leave it to us and put your feet up, you deserve it!

How do I book?

Do you care for all types of pets?

Yes we do! We take care of cats, dogs, turtles, exotic breeds, birds, parrots, hamsters etc you name it! If you're unsure please message us we are happy to help!

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 48 hour cancellation policy in place for your peace of mind. This means if your plans change, you are able to cancel our services free of charge within this time frame.

If you however cancel after the 48 hour period, the booking will then become non refundable. We suggest to plan to the best of your ability to avoid any mishaps.

Last minute bookings are exempt from this cancellation policy however they are subject to availability.

If you do by any chance cancel your last minute booking, the booking will then also be non refundable.

Can I schedule a meet-and-greet before booking?

Yes you can!

This is dependent on your area and availability of course so please let us know as soon as possible by sending over your location and preferred dates and times.

Where can I leave a review?

You can leave a review either on our website here or our google page. Keep an eye out for updates.

How do payments work?
